Instant reaction/hot take: A future never-an-innovator Mike Shula that learned enough from daddy to stay in the league for decades with various teams as mainly an OC assistant, but will fumble his lead OC/HC opportunities while with losing teams.

He doesn’t want to coach.

Sean Payton said Connor wants to get into a FO and be a GM one day.

Don't forget about Jim Mora Jr, that clown was coaching DBs on his Dad teams while right out of college and didn't know the first thing about coaching DBs. He's made a pretty great living off of learning his father's craft.

#Saints Dennis Allen on Sean Payton’s son: “It’s a reminder that I’m starting to age myself…Connor is a great kid, excited about having him out here. I see a lot of his Dad in his looks & expressions, but I don’t know if I’ve seen quite the GRIT out of him that [Sean had].”
