Do the people who are still wearing masks engage in critical thinking about their choice?

They are sheep. Two weeks to slow the spread turned into permanent fear.

Nope, I don't think they are capable of an original thought

No, they surely don't. And I look forward to the day when they realize their dumbassery has been very bad for ocean and environment, reluctant to biodegrade as the most popular masks are.

What I find funny is people like who who cares about what someone else does? Let people decide what they want especially when it has nothing at all to do with you

I try to just give them the benefit of the doubt and think they have a high risk comorbidity.

tigerbacon- I hear ya, it *is* their choice and I do not personally attack or shame people. But seeing folks masked in public makes me feel like a human among zombies, VERY lonely. If I had a more robust social life I'm sure it would trouble me at a lesser degree. So yes, I bear much responsibility for my pissed-off reaction.

If it continues to miff me, I can always move to another part of the country. Mindless masking creeps me out, but I certainly don't want to force people to stop.

You need a brain for critical thinking.

Mask wearers are subhuman scum

You can't equate them with people

It's like asking why ants can't build cars

That's probably taking it a bit far

I don't think it'd necessary but I try not to concern myself with what others do if it isn't harming anyone else. You should try it sometime when you're ready to not be a piece of shite.

Where the hell do you live? Even in DC a couple weeks ago, the vast majority weren't wearing masks.

Why the frick do you care? Just like I didn't like people telling me to put mine on, I could care less if other people want to wear one. Ever stop to think maybe they have Covid or have some other reason? People wore mask before Covid sometimes.

It’s their choice and I respect that, mostly because I make myself believe they are all doing it for medical reasons. Unfortunately that’s not the case for 95% of them. Makes zero sense.

Live in Chicago. But riding the subway, almost half still mask up. Yes I am overreacting, but I still find it disturbing.

It doesn’t really matter if people want to wear masks, the problem is they tried to force people like me to adhere against my will. They can wear them for eternity, but cannot be allowed to shame those like myself who will not and have not worn them.

Why do you and others that feel like you feel that it is your business, Karen?

I'm not sure here how they are harming you and you crowd.

You demand the right to decide for yourself, shouldn't they have that same right without having to justify it to the likes of you?

Apparently there are two different flocks of sheep, those that choose to mask and those that follow the unmasking flock.
