Plot:
A 600-pound (272 kg) middle-aged man named Charlie tries to reconnect with his 17-year-old daughter. The two grew apart after Charlie abandoned his family for his gay lover, who later died. Charlie then went on to binge eat out of pain and guilt.

They did a great job with the prosthetics. I was faked out earlier when I saw this. I had to look him up and make sure he wasn't super fat.

I don't get consuming 15,000 calories a day. That's what this is. Diet is about 75% of the equation. I don't think I could physically consume what he's eating daily. It would probably kill me to try. Sheesh.

I'll be glad to be wrong. I thought he gained a bunch of weight in the 2000-aughts? I recall watching him in a movie or series (Fargo?) and he was a big dude compared to his younger days.

He is heavy but even with his above average height I don't think he's even 300 pounds

Been a while since he was George of the Jungle

He was pretty heavy in Doom Patrol but didn't he recently lose a good amount of weight?

By the way, no need to fat shame my dudes.

He was in The Affair as a prison guard and he was bigger than you would have remembered him, but he was nowhere near as big as he is in the pic in the OP

A fat obese gay man who abandoned his child. Nice. You do you Hollywood.

I'm struggling to come up with a premise for a movie that would be worse than this

That’s an objectively hilarious premise

Disappointed this isn’t a Disney production.

This sounds like some sort of multi heroic-"victim" celebration of multiple levels.
