Would Walmart or McD's hire someone who shows up to work every day off the street and smells like complete arse?
If they spend a week in the shelter without doing drugs they will work with them to get a job. They have to stay drug free and pull their weight though,....and they wont. Easier to beg.

100% fact. I've seen it with my own 2 eyes. 90% are not ready to get sober and work for a paycheck. 10% mentally ill.
