EBR doesn't reject a goddamn thing. They give zero fricks about central planning or how any new projects will affect traffic, flooding, property values, etc. It's just a giant rubber stamp at that office.

This statement shows you have zero idea of what it takes to get a project approved in this Parish. NIMBYism on full display.
