Going through dozens of old boxes of sports stuff, ball cards, etc., I found a magazine I forgot I even had. Haven't looked in this box for 20 years.

Very good shape, in a plastic wrap, I found a 1959 Sport magazine, I think it's a November issue, with Dietzel/Cannon on the cover along with Roger Maris, Harmon Killebrew, Milt Pappas, and Vada Pinson.

Anyone have an idea of it's worth?

It's worth at least $200, because I would give that for it.

My guess would be $2000.

Hmm. Makes me think I should get one of these to go with my Burrow SI cover from his college days.

you really think he's the only one that knows values of LSU stuff?

All you have to do is go to 130point.com, type in "1959 sport cannon dietzel" and see what people HAVE paid for it...

Heritage Auctions in Dallas will give free appraisals of literally anything and give you a good idea of authenticity and value. check them out at ha.com

You never know when something you think is worthless may actually have serious collectible value at auction.

I would not have a clue how to post a picture on here. Too damn old. Too dumb to learn.

what's funny is that you need your "expert" to price something that is not very rare or valuable. That is why I said just go to 130point.
I'll tell you who else would be if they were approached with it. Heritage Auctions
