Deuteronomy 30:19
This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live

Can I challenge him to a fiddle contest?

You have chosen, and the Lord will deal justly. And having been mocked in His name, I will be blessed. Thank you.

And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
Whoever divorces his wife, except on the grounds of sexual immorality, makes her an adulteress; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery

Jesus Christ- "But do not think I will accuse you before the Father. Your accuser is Moses, on whom your hopes are set."
Not sure how to interpret as Moses was God's prophet but seems Jesus is proclaiming a new covenant based on faith in Him.
Been reading the Bible recently and hoping to stick thru it this time. Started with New Testament with this attempt. On Acts 12 so far. Remember reading the above. Can be hard to get your head around at times.

You need to read the book. Jesus and Moses were of the same Spirit, as well as others in that book.

Considering how many on this board brag about their conquests I think the term glass houses is appropriate.

The Son of God, not the Father. The Father is greater,
Jesus said
Mark 13:32
New American Standard Bible
But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.

And I will be judged accordingly, I am okay with that. Don't think to know my situation. I pray and read daily, and I welcome someone to take the log out of my eye. I had one removed today thank you.
Matthew 7:5
English Standard Version
5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
Edit: I probably added another there....

Started with NT. Always got bogged down on the temple instructions in previous attempts. Gonna read NT, Isiah, and Ezekiel for sure. Also reading Enoch- Ken Johnson Interpretation.

Will start on Ezekiel once NT is finished. Been buying a few Bibles recently due to fear that digital copies will be edited in the future. Have the literal version (which is like yoda speaking the KJV English and hard to read), the KJV, and new revised standard (which is easier to read).

So will I, which is why I don’t understand all this judgement. We all need grace (especially me) and anybody posting here who is divorced is in the same position. I’m not divorced or gay, but I’m not innocent.

Digital copies WILL be edited. I have three physical copies myself.
I strongly recommend reading Ezekiel immediately.
Followed by Daniel.
