I’m sorry, but you are incorrect here.
It's a false argument.

SCOTUS has ALREADY said "We don't have the authority."

That was the whole point.

Simply said it is a state right determination and not a federal issue.

I guess we’ll never know bc Congress doesn’t have the sack (or votes) to make a law limiting SCOTUS’s appellate jurisdiction. Bc, if they did, they’d just draft a law in favor of aborting babies... it’s funny how they are suggesting passing an indirect law to deal with an issue instead of a direct law on that issue... that’s what you get with a bunch of twat politicians that are essentially stupid mouthpieces for the ruling class elites.

If the federal courts were denied jurisdiction wouldn’t jurisdiction revert to state courts, affirming to court’s decision by fiat?

The bigger issue would be establishing that congress was a superior agency to the courts. That must be squashed at all costs. Like Valhalla Commando, burn down heaven to keep the devil out level squashed.

No. Because it would probably bootstrap a federal law to abort babies.

I think this twit really thinks she's going to be president. Going from old and brain-dead idiot to young and brain-dead idiot is not an improvement.

Correct, it would be done in conjunction with a national law codifying abortion rights nationwide while stating SCOTUS cannot review. They will never get the votes though so it really doesn’t matter.

If they didn't have jurisdiction, then no Roe, no controversy.

Like all other countries in this world, our government will fail, or be over thrown in the near future!

The people of the the USA are NOT the problem.

The real problem lies within the deepstate and DC Swamp...our US governemnt!

Dems had the opportunity with 3 filibuster-proof Congresses since RvW. They whiffed.

Strip SCOTUS of jurisdiction on EVERYTHING except what is SPECIFICALLY enumerated in the US Constitution. Then allow the States to handle it.

You think that would apply retroactively? Of course it wouldn’t.
No, it would not.

AOC seems to think it would negate Dobbs.

When it comes to Constitutional scholars, AOC … has nice tits.

Truly not a big deal. I only mentioned it because you said he/she or something of of the like in an earlier post, so I figured I’d let you know. If you don’t, I promise not to take it as an insult. I take very little as in insult honestly. I’m very comfortable with who I am, my faith, and beliefs. I lost some people very close to me relatively early in life. It tends to wonders for one’s perspective. Take care.
