During last year's storm, I ran a gas one for three days straight with no issues.

What's the consensus on WEN generators? Quick google sounds like they are good.
6250 inverter for > $700

They’ve always gotten good marks on here. I’m probably going to pull the trigger on one before the fall.

I just bought the 1000amp jump pack. Been wanting one for a while. Mostly for atv’s that have been sitting at the camp for a while.

I use that charger also. Has been great. Also use one of their solar panels

FWIW that’s just the regular price (the prime day deal for it appears to be in the form of a gift card, and only if you apply for the credit card). You can order it for that price straight from Wen and avoid giving Amazon business.

Amazon price includes free shipping. WEN adds a shipping charge

Same. Ran mine for 2 weeks straight after Ida. Sips fuel.

I have the smaller Pulsar generator and it works flawlessly. Plus my local small engine repairman is pulsar certified. He is in Sorrento.

The dust has settled I think…
Fluke had some stuff on sale so I got a non contact volt light and a t plus pro volt meter. I have several cheap multimeters, I just want a simple nice volt meter and a live/dead light.
Gearwrench had some stuff on sale so I got a hook/pick set and some locking channel locks
I’ve been waiting for the dewalt xr oscillating tool to go on sale and they had the full kit with charger, battery, a bunch of tips, and a case at half off so I bought that.
The thing I had to really fight to delete from my cart was a bigger noco lithium jump pack. I have a gb40 and it’s never failed but they have the 2500 amp gbx75 at 40% off. I feel like the gb40 might fail me on a big engine when it’s really cold. The night is young, I might still pick it up.

I’ve got there inverter generator I used during Ida and then I bought their 11,000K one after Ida (thanks FEMA for giving me $800 for it). Both have been good so far.
I bought the magnetic dipsticks for both
