Just watched LSU vs Bama 2021

Had trouble sleeping so I watched this game and holy cow we should have won this game going away. Max Johnson outright lost us this game especially with that stupid pick before half. Definitely an interesting 15 minute watch. I forgot how bad our DL dominated them

Defense held ALA to 6 yds rushing on 26 attempts. 0.2 ypc …. Sadly it was a wasted effort as LSU left Tuscaloosa with an L

We were never going to walk out of that stadium with a win. Refs would have stepped in to save the day

This 4th down play should have been an easy TD pass to Palmer if the ball is being delivered now before Palmer makes his break on his skinny post.
Yet Johnson holds on to the ball too long which allowed the Alabama defender in the middle to make a play on the ball once he decides to throw it. Johnson also lead Palmer into the off defender with his ball placement.

Bama was mid last year. They should have lost to Auburn as well. I’ll be happy when our fanbase realizes that we are finally on par with nick when it comes to head coaching.

Yeah that game was really bizarre. I can’t believe it was even close but I also can’t believe that we lost considering how much we dominated. Perfect example of a game where both fanbases felt like they lost after the game was over.

They could have lost to Florida too. Tennessee played them close late in that game despite the final score. Last season wasn't one of the better Alabama teams under Saban. They won a lot of close games that maybe they shouldn't have yet still it felt like Saban willed them to the title game.
Listening to his pressers over last season, sometimes it felt he questioned his team. I don't ever remember him going at the Alabama fan base for criticizing his team the way he did several times last season.

Did the refs make Max Johnson force a stupid throw into coverage before halftime that got picked & lead to a Bama TD?
Did the refs make TDP fumble in Bama territory?
Did the refs make Max Johnson hold on to the ball too long which caused him to be late to Trey Palmer on that skinny post?
You want to point to one flag on the very last play that happened to fall incomplete anyway, instead of looking at the mistakes the Tigers made themselves that cost themselves the game. You sound like you are an idiot loser who blames everyone else for your own mistakes.

I’ve been done with the NFL for several years but I still watched when this happened and I was so pissed. You have to give #20 credit for one hell of a flop.

If Max just doesn’t throw that stupid pick on the sideline and TDP does the number one thing a back should do on every play we win.
Still though, as it was, the biggest miss was the pass to Bech on the series after the Palmer miss. We could’ve run the clock pretty low with a conversion there.

Johnson would be a really good QB if he had better pocket presence and didn’t let one play impact his subsequent plays. Kid is a head case sometimes.
