The truth about guns - ups to seize and destroy ghost gun parts

Apologies if already posted.
Search engine timed out on me a few times before I linked this story.

They will violate the 2nd amendment one way or another. They are determined to disarm the people.

How would you know what is a ghost gun part?

Also don't use UPS or FedEx. They don't need a warrant to search anything at all

Yeah, I don't think UPS thought this type of thing all the way through...

At least they get my package where it’s going at a reasonable time by employees who give a damn.

I parked 4 feet from my mailbox the other day and got a letter the next day that they refused to drop the mail off because the box was inaccessible. I’m like “What happened to neither rain, nor sleet…”? Well, I guess they never said “Neither Jeep…”

The second can get in line. This is a clear violation of the 4th.

Are y'all sure this is true? Read this the other day. Still haven't seen any real proof.

I'm not a lady to curse freely; my pearl-clutching mama would destroy me.
But frick this country.
And frick these freedom-hating twats on the left.

What does this even mean?
quote:

they “may be violating” laws concerning homemade firearm parts

If I choose not to etch a serial number in my firearm--or do whatever else some obscure representative from a state that's not my own tries to enforce--that's my prerogative, not theirs.

Stop tracking innocent people.
Stop blaming good folks who only want to look after themselves, their families, and their neighbors.

And for the love of puppies, stop thinking you have the right to violate my Constitutional right.

Signed,
A very well-armed EKG

Sounds fake as hell. By what authority can UPS seize and destroy anyone’s property? And if the shipper is violating any law, wouldn’t UPS be destroying evidence by doing so?

The companies can't be used if they refuse to comply.
Fed-Ex, you solely have my shipping business now.
Don't screw up and make me have to resurrect the Pony Express.

I'm not doubting you, I'm just saying seizing and destroying someone's property is not even something the government is supposed to be able to do. I can't imagine where a private company could get the authority to do something like that without getting their asses sued off. You don't want my business? Fine. Cancel my account. You start seizing and destroying my property because you feel like it, I'm suing the shite out of you.

They don't have the authority to destroy it. They can choose not to ship but that is it.

I watched something last night on it, ill see if I can dig it up. What this guy was saying is that UPS canceled a ton of gun shops account (Brownells was one of them). They also were not delivering packages to customers from these gun shops. Something along the lines of some democrats sending them letters asking a bunch of questions about how is UPS handling gun transport safely and so on. It seems UPS just said its easier to just not ship them at all now.

So if he had named his business Casper instead of Ghost, they would have had no reason to think he was selling ghost parts?
I'm a bit fuzzy on this ghost business. What part of the assembly is serialized (if any)?
