The second statement is obviously true, but compare it with the first-- by admitting the perpetrator of the crime deserves capital punishment, you've admitted a human being is morally incapable of redemption.
Now regarding the baby, isn't half of the baby's DNA inherited from this evil scoundrel?

I’m against all loss of life outside of war and self defense.

As such, that Democrat should join his brethren in prison for the rest of his days.

Tarzana is pissed innocent babies can’t be killed, but gets upset when capital punishment is discussed. Bizarro world. Sick.

Interesting.

Half the dna of a rapist makes you willing to kill it but yet you believe every single cell in the body having a Y chromosome doesn’t automatically make you a man.

This is about justice, not moral rehabilitation. I’m a Christian and believe anyone can be spiritually rehabilitated, but that is the jurisdiction of the church, not the state. The state’s job is to promote justice.

The reason why the baby is innocent is because they committed no crime. Their DNA is irrelevant.

It’s always a very short leap into eugenics…

You’re basing your argument on Hitler’s Nuremberg laws, talking about genetic purity, and we’re the monsters? K
