Not knowing how make a left turn on a divided road. Quit hugging the median!
ETA: It is legal to turn left on red if you are on a one way turning on to another one way.

Eight states plus Washington, D.C. prohibit “left turn on red” altogether. Two of those, Maine and New Hampshire, are in your area. The other six are Connecticut, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and South Dakota. The latter, South Dakota, has some local exceptions. New York City, unlike the rest of New York State, does not allow “left turn on red” in any form.
A pet peeve is, when following Pokey, in the hammer lane, after you shoot their tire out, they do no immediately get out of the lane to the shoulder.
