For SOME of the ads....many of them are just blasted out to everyone on that site hoping for a hit. I wonder how you can have an official document which a credit card is for identification on some sites, list a name on it that's not your official name.....doesn't seem legal.

Dumped the old MC in 2012. I remember when I got my first one back in the mid eighties.

I have not seen any reporting on this, but I assume that the potential card holder applies in his legal name, but is able to have his “chosen“ name printed on the card? Several people have mentioned fraud. How is that an issue, if the card is taken out in the correct, legal name? How is it different than a card holder getting a second or third card on his account, in the name of his wife or his child
