Russian Troops in Central America

Stole this from another site, but it looks like Nicaragua has given Russia permission to put troops in their country. I'm sure it has nothing to do with taking over the drug trafficking industry.

I think the point they are making is that if Russian diplomats in Argentina smuggled drugs out to benefit the Duma and Federal Government, what would stop Russian military or government officials from doing the same inside a narco state?

Why this could only be the result of overtures made to that black Russian Bolshevik - thallium/polonium Poisoner - imploring him to come in and get rid of the Deep State corruption in Nicaragua, and replace whatever authoritarianism he finds down there with his own proxy version.
