Let’s address the elephant in the room: the conspiracy folks

For the conspiracy folks, what is the logic behind your “false flag” theory?
Why would the local Texas cops be the ones to put off the assault on the gunman when the Feds wanted to go in when they got there? (Bearing in mind the local and state cops have operational control over such matters and the Feds are acting as assistance.)
I get you think these are false flag plots meant to attack the Second Amendment, but considering the political make-up of the situation, why wouldn’t it have been the Feds (beholden to the WH) who put the brakes to the assault plan rather than the local cops?
Sorry, it’s showing up in these threads and I just wanted to address it head on.

I don’t think it was planned but I’ll always be stunned how the alphabet agencies let shite like this slip through the cracks.

I dont think you know what elephant in the room means

Nutty buddies out there believe everything is orchestrated by a global cabal who controls everything.

I believe the alphabet orgs want to take our guns.
I believe they would carry out false flag attacks to accomplish this goal if they had the means and could get away with it.
Logically I can't figure out how they could accomplish something like this so I remain highly skeptical.
Do they want to? Yes. Do they have the ability? Probably not.
But, like the Vegas shooting, there are a lot of unanswered questions.

There was no conspiracy, only a deranged, evil dick with a gun to carry out his acts and a colossal failure at every level from school active shooter protocols to law enforcement protocols.

I don’t believe this was a conspiracy. But conspiracies originate from lack of clear or trusted facts combined with a series of errors. All combined, the choice is either planned conspiracy or mind boggling incompetence/coincidences (in the mind of the conspiracy believer). If we ever got the true facts of an event AND if we trusted the source of those facts then conspiracy theories would die. The mainstream media has proven to be untrustworthy.

Have chided folks on here for it but anyone believing the Alex Jones stuff about crisis actors at sandy hook is straight delusional
I do believe that political parties are only too happy to see events unfold to help their agendas though.
Sorta like Beto seizing the opp to confront Abbott in front of cameras, then having his base eat that shite up like shite on candy

The same Texas players who orchestrated Jade Helm and took our weapons several years ago is in on this operation. They're pretty good at what they do.

Why would an entire Party feel the need to open borders and steal an election?

The politburo applauds your resolve comrade.

My problem w conspiracy theories is they would often times require large amounts of people to stay quiet about it until they died. It goes against human nature. Someone somewhere, out of thousands of people, would eventually come clean or at some point there is hard evidence uncovered. Not really talking about the weird humming in Taos or big foot, but stuff like the moon landing being fake or 2020 election being stolen.

The easiest answer is the local command misread the situation and made a well intentioned but tragic mistake, based on these earliest reports

I'm not saying this was a conspiracy or wasn't but playing devil's advocate, the OP is a sad attempt at a "gotcha" to "prove" that it wasn't.
First of all, if the "Feds" call a local police department and tell them to stand down, they absolutely will, I don't care who has operational control.
Second, all federal agencies absolutely do not work in lock step with one another, just because the Border Patrol got involved doesn't mean another agency wasn't orchestrating something on their own.
Third, let's say it was a false flag operation orchestrated by the "Feds," if they were responding to it themselves, then they absolutely would want to handle the "cleanup." Can't risk the local police department somehow taking this guy alive.

And the NRA happen to follow with a huge convention in Houston. Amazing how that works.

These mass shootings only seem to happen when Democrats are in trouble politically
