I’m looking for something that will give me decent results 4 times a week, 20 mins per day, full body, body weight only.

I will supplement with running on off days. Not looking to become jacked, just want to get in shape (early 30s)

Sex. And none of the sweet romantic stuff. Just go full throttle the whole time.

Half Murph 4x per week

.5 mile run
50 pull-ups
100 push-ups
150 squats
.5 mile run

Might take up to 30 minutes depending on your cardio/level of strength.

Hmmm. That’s going to take some time to get to that point, but I like the concept.

Yeah that would take me about 30 minutes in itself

I can only do 10 curl ups in one set right now and pullups are more taxing on my shoulders.

Start with a 1/4 Murph and work up to a half when you get proficient.

400M run
25 pull-ups
50 push-ups
75 squats
400M run

Break up the middle portion into 5 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats.

burpee EMOM
as many burpees as you can in a minute (including recovery time) and repeat for 20 minutes. reasonable number is 7 and good goal is 10.

If you cant do all of the pull ups supplement with Scapular PullUps.

ETA. I should have said substitute instead of supplement.

I think you’ll like this, it’s using weights, but can be modified for body weight. Includes some studies supporting his claims of not needing heavy weights high reps, too many sets, or too many workout days.

Mark Lauren has designed some of the special forces workouts in the past. He has an app that provides multiple different programs ranging from 9-50 min workouts, as well as recovery and flexibility routines. He provides pull up options but also has a body weight substitute if you don’t have the pull up capability. I highly recommend his routines to someone looking for a body weight plan. His yearly subscription is under $100.
