No Facebook, what’s known as of now? Haven’t heard this yet.

Happened across the lake from Parlange Lane area. From the sound of it two boats (possibly guys in the Friday night tournament). Two hurt bad, one dead 20yo from Livonia, and one still missing. They said one of the boats didn't have lights so this could have been avoided....

Is the name of the dentist public yet? All I've seen was info about the Mouton guy that passed away?
*Nevermind, the News outlets are posting the Info now

Whatever happened with that incident on false river last year? The one where the guy had a wreck, then left and drove to Lafayette.

Assistant prosecutor in Lafayette severely injures teenage then flees the scene.

Just heard that they found Dr. St. Romaine this morning. He was a good dentist and nice man. Will be missed. Prayers for the family.

I heard sonar located him by the museum. So tragic. RIP to both gentlemen.

Not true, it has been confirmed that both had lights on. Pure accident.

They're still saying that the aluminum boat wasn't running lights. They're also saying all were wearing life jackets but the dentist's auto inflate never inflated....

I never trusted those things.
There's really no better answer than those stupid big orange cheapo lifejackets as unwieldy as they are. Theyll keep you upright if you get knocked out. If you have the self-discipline to do it, you're safer than the rest of us.
I wish they made adult sized jackets like the kids ones, where it's a foam pad vest style but with a head float on it.

It was confirmed yesterday that they both had lights on. I was at the search site, when they confirmed.
