Does anyone know what brand vermouth Ruth Chris uses for the dirty goose martini?

Been a while since I’ve gone but their goose martini with the blue cheese olives is my favorite.

I don’t think you use enough for it to be a big deal. Especially dirty. Usually just rinse the glass at most for those. I use Dolin for dry gin martinis.

I've made dirty vodka martinis with and without dry vermouth and by far it is much better without vermouth. Amazon has olive juice and I think Cannatella's Grocery has it in BR.

Their website says they use Dolin vermouth
