Well deshaun has six counts of indecent assault, two counts of sexual assault and one count of attempted sexual assault, against him, jamies has 2 charges. Deshaun cost alot more money so you can say goodbye to Landry and Mathieu, no one knows when he will play, if he will go to jail and jameis has taken paycuts to try and resurrect his career in New Orleans.

Glad you're not gm of the saints.

Yall like to call him crab legs, so I guess we can call deshaun rapey?

Why is he going to be suspended? Dude wasn't even charged.

Why do the Browns hate the QB who revived their franchise?

See Trevor Bauer

…. I’m not sure just signing someone with dozens of potential lawsuits that didn’t play last year and hasn’t played a snap for your team constitutes reviving a franchise

This is fricking golden. Why are you listing the charges? A grand jury declined to prosecute meaning there was not enough evidence to charge him. It doesn’t matter. He’s legally innocent.

Love how you downplay Winston with his only ‘two charges’
Meanwhile FSU paid out almost a million dollars to cover up his rape. Of course universities are just in the business of giving away that kind of money for nothing right? And no telling how much Winston had to pay to make his rape lawsuit go away.

Glad you are not GM of the saints, because they are probably both rapists but the difference is one is vastly superior to the other on the field. And it’s not the one we have under center this year.

. An a non lawyer and not reading much in this case im assuming he is not being charged criminally

But there is a different standard during civil litigation

Criminally the state must find you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt

Civilly it’s just based on preponderance of evidence

So you can not be charged criminally be held responsible through civil litigation and still be suspended

It’s all up in the air though right now … it’s a wait and see and the browns made a big gamble

It’s always funny when a poster laughs telling me I don’t know what I’m saying but then ducks out after posting something stupid never to return.

He’s not being charged criminally, it’s why the DA had a grand jury.

Civil shite doesn’t matter, he can’t go to jail. OJ was found guilty of killing two people in civil court, didn’t serve a day. And probably still hasn’t paid a dime of what he was ordered to pay in the civil judgement.

I’m sure Winston paid out a hefty sum to avoid civil court. Like I said FSU paid out almost 1 million. Watson just chose to go to court and fight his allegations. Something Winston did not want to do.

So answer me this, does that make Winston more innocent than Watson of rape? One guy choose to avoid court while the other choose to fight the allegations.

I’m not disagreeing with you …. I was just …. Probably poorly …. Trying to say that he is not out of the woods when it’s comes to the civil side and suspensions …. And I def wasn’t trying to make any comparison to Winston

That wasn’t directed towards you, it was the poster before you. What you said was correct.

I just think it’s funny that everyone is piling on Watson when to be honest, what Winston did was probably worse.

And we even have a guy on the roster playing who was found criminally guilty of sexual bettery (Granderson) and actually did some time in jail.
And yet we calling Watson out when he will not serve one day in jail?

Is Bauer going to be suspended? Why, if so?

Referring to Baker.

Honestly asking. What did he do?

All I know of was crab leg shoplifting and “grab em’ by the pussy”?

There were a lot of twists the Houston media covered. If HBO gets the girl who “was so scared she lost control of her bowels”. And she’s able to tell her story well. Watsons in deep doo-doo…………… Again apparently.

I don’t know how far out of Houston or Texas that part made it.

A bit of an odd comment considering that the GM of the Saints did go all out to get Watson.

Brought a girl back to his apartment. She claims he forced herself on him and had sex after she said no multiple times. He claimed it was consensual. She filed a police report and a report with the school that she was raped.

He refused to testify at the school conduct hearing and settled out of court when sued civilly.

He also allegedly groped an Uber driver and settled that lawsuit out of court.

All out is debatable. Cleveland went all out. All the Saints did was clear cap space they needed to anyway.

Was it ever reported what our offer was...because i got the impression he was going to Atanta. Didnt seem like we were really all that close
