Why stop there? Now do the US women’s basketball team. And the WNBA.

This country is full of retards. Individual Entertainers don’t have “equal” jobs in any scenario. This isn’t flipping burgers at Wendy’s.

Will a certain U16 boys soccer team get paid as well?

This essentially kills the women’s domestic league

No more guaranteed salaries from the national team and no more USWL salaries supplemented by the USSF bc it brings in no money

fricking idiots, the domestic ladies game will have no money in it. They will all run off to Europe. All this will do is improve other countries talent pools.

Wonder what the next “problem” we will have to listen to in regards to US soccer. I’m sure it will be it’s unfair the womens league can’t support itself. You know it’s coming.

I agree with all your other points but what do you mean by this?

Also the fact that the courts gave them 24 million dollars for their BS lawsuit makes me want to kick a puppy.

I assume he means because it will improve European women's leagues with Americans moving away from the US, therefore making it more likely that young players get better development.

This is the type of mindset that has you failing to qualify for the WC (I realize we snuck in this time). Soft.

well yeah, when Barcelona had 90,000 people at the Camp Nou for their women's champions league semifinal, what would have been their attendance if they were actually told that it was women playing????

Yep and the support in those countries is growing attendance wise

Regardless if they don’t make money they are backed by major clubs who’s funding trump anything we have here

MLS owners are not going to go all in on trying to keep holding up the women’s league now that USSF is out of it. They have their own financial issues to worry about. They want to develop young talent here and can’t waist time and money on the ladies game domestically with no upward movement.

U15

And they lost 5-2. An absolute thrashing from the middle schoolers.

Does this hurt the USMNT in anyway? I’m thinking somebody like Peppi, etc. who have options to play for a different country - could this sway them in choosing a different country to represent, or not really?
