After boil potatoes made into home fries in the air fryer

I’m sure some here have tried this but I didn’t see any threads. Not sure why I haven’t thought of this til now but these are like crack.
After being refrigerated for a while, just chop into small pieces for home fries, toss in some olive oil and put them in the air fryer on high heat until done. These took about 25 min at 400F.

Done them plenty of times. Kids love 'em. I spray them with avocado oil before going in the air fryer then flip and spray again about halfway through. Usually season with Lawry's Garlic Salt

anything you do with potatoes from au gratin to potato salads is better when using after boil seasoned potatoes

They are great roasted as well. They get crispy on the outside and so creamy in the middle.
