Love Tom Clancy novels. He's one of the few authors that I've reread books multiple times. I'd recommend publication order. Though you don't have to do that except for Debt of Honor and Executive Orders which should be read in order.
I haven't read all of the his co-authored books but they are on my list. Also read Red Storm Rising which is fantastic and Rainbow Six.

Everything up to Bear and the Dragon is great. It starts to slide rapidly after though, and outright jumps the shark a few books into the Jack Ryan Jr series. They have their moments, mostly carried by the emotional connection to characters to the original but the story, plot, and delivery leaves much to be desired.
Also suffers from continually raising states. They threaten ww3 every six months into Jack Ryan’s apparent 10 year term as president, ping ponging between Chinese and Russian boogie men.
