I love Jarvis but we don’t need him now that we have Olave. You can only keep 5 and MT13, Olave, Callaway and Harty are locks. You’d think Quinn too since they brought him back. I’m ok with who we have. Have we forgotten we also have Alvin Kamara and Taysom Hill? This has plenty of offense and a top 5 defense.

Sounds like his wife or baby mama left him at home with the kids after realizing that Jarvis will not be getting as big of a payday as she expected.

Just feel like Jarvis would fit in well as a #3, but would he take that position vs being a #2 or #1?

I guess he's holding out for the most money possible. Ravens are interested as well, but no way he's getting 15 million a year after injuries.

If he would take a cap-friendly deal with the Saints at maybe 2 years 10 million, why not? Our #1 and #2 are obviously MT and Olave.

I guess if you look at our offense, we've upgraded from last year. Penning replacing inured Armstead, Winston back and healthy, MT back and Olave added to the mix as well. I feel like even with Kamara being suspended, we have enough in the RB position to be just fine. Throw in Harty, Ingram, Taysom, and we've got some firepower.

I still don't get why everyone hates on Winston. His stats have been posted multiple times since getting hurt. 5-2 with no weapons at WR.....1170 yards.....14 TD vs 3 INT. Average 2 TD passes a game, and not turning the ball over a ton....how is that bad?

So we have our deep threat with Olave and Harty.....running threat with Ingram, Kamara.....slant threat with MT....physical threat @ TE with Taysom and a QB coming back who WANTS to win and has shown great maturity since signing with us.

EVEN....and that's a big EVEN if Jameis craps out this year, we still have Dalton. Hell, before signing Brees back in 06...I'd have taken Dalton over ANY of our previous QBs since the Saints' inception.
