You keep seeing this phrase thrown out by the left the only things it doesn't exist. Why is it that no one will point out that no where in the Constitution does it give one the right to a abortion?

It’s part of the Democrat Progressive tactic book. Say something long enough, and it will become truth to many.

you sound like an idiot. the job of the supreme court is to interpret the constitution. they ruled abortion was protected under the 14th amendment.

The claim is it’s in the 14th amendment, but there is literally no known literature stating that anyone in the process of drafting the 14th Amendment at the time was doing anything between fricking and shite about abortion.

Many of the dead still have voting rights but babies in the womb have no rights.

Supreme court also upheld slavery in the past.

Abortion in the Constitution was a hoax.

Just like 'muh Russian Collusion', it was completely made up.

Trump 2024!

I hope trump wins in 2024. Doesnt mean that the Supreme court rulings arent the law as far as the constitution goes.

The way our constitution is set up, whatever the Supreme court decides is the legal authority, even if it is completely against the original intention. There isnt any higher authority to appeal to besides revolution

I don't understand how you can be so shortsighted taking this as a win just because it upsets some liberals on twitter. You should take a lesson from the NRA and learn to never give an inch. Protect every single right the government ever granted us because when u cheer for womens rights extending to their womb to be revoked they will find something else to go after next

if you've never stood outside an abortion clinic while they've been "murdering babies" for the past 50 years, you dont really care. you are just deluding yourself into thinking you have principles.

Where in the Constitution are these 'women's rights' located? If we had to pass the 19th Amendment guaranteeing women's right to vote I am pretty sure the Framers were not thinking about birth control much less abortion.

Abortion, like marriage, is not a FEDERAL concern except to the extent a state law begins to infringe upon the LIFE and liberty of PERSONS without due process.

In the end, it's not up to SCOTUS to legislate as it did in Roe. Such matters are left to the states to debate and legislate according to their community standards but only to the extent such laws do not infringe on persons life and liberty. And even Roe acknowledged that, with some medically valid exceptions, life has certainly begun by the third trimester.

Had Roe been decided from the perspective of the life of child vs. the 'right' of a woman to have a doctor dismember a child in utero, we would be a better society today.

Could you explain the rationale for that decision??

Remember - all fundamental rights must be understandable by ordinary citizens.

OR - do you just 'trust' the elites have done their 'job' correctly.

And if that is so - then you must - under the same criteria - trust that this latest ruling is also correct.

but - If you disagree with that - then you must also agree that the 'separate but equal' ruling was also wrong under the same rationale.

Roe V Wade was a bullshite decision when it was made - it was wrongly decided - everyone with a brain knew it at the time - it has taken a half century to finally get that piece of crap undone.

In the meantime, half of the black population of America has been surgically eliminated. And THAT outcome was the sole reason for 'planned parenthood' from its inception.

SO - in the Democrats own test for everything else = "Abortion is RAYCISSSSSS!!!!"

Wrong , the SC used parts of 5 different amendments none of which had any claim to an actual rights to an abortion. They furthermore provide no background on how they reached this travesty and that is why it was bested
