I bet you have a suction cup dildo attached to a Greg Maddux poster but complain about umpires.

The first two videos show two pitches, both in the same spot, both with the same call. So it may be incorrect according to a computer but it's consistent.

No one wants to watch bullshite robot umps. No one wants instant replay either really. shite is lame.

I wonder if at some point they'll give managers challenges like they have in the NBA and NFL. Where you get to challenge the call on a couple pitches per game.

I can’t wait to see all the pissed off people, whenever a catcher catches a curveball off the ground, and it’s called a strike.

One of the things I hate about replay is managers rarely blow up on the umpires anymore. I miss that with a burning passion, take away replay and give me Lou Pinella going apeshit!

Well the first video is also Angel Hernandez. He has always sucked. So get rid of him...but why go to robots. It's fricking lame. No one wants live action MLB The Show.

The league just needs to get rid of bums. And you Losers couldn't see 90 mph into a mitt period much less determine its relation to the zone.

Fair point.

Only non Atlanta fans who watched baseball in the 90s have a to right to complain.

I mean, what's so bad now if you were unlucky enough to suffer through the poppycock calls Leo Mazzone's rotation was gifted?

Madrid would sure hate him some computerized strike zone.

I mean just because you throw a perfect strike, pitch and catch, to your catcher, doesn't mean its an actual strike when the catcher sets up a foot off the plate.

Prolly not how it would work there will still be an umpire behind the plate getting the call in his ear. If something like that happened it would obviously be corrected by the ump

Baseball does not need to get more clean, slick, and robotic. The grittiness is what makes it so great. frick a bunch if roboumps.

I’m not for em but if they happen there would still be an ump behind the plate. I think if replay lasts more than a minute it should stand. If you can’t tell with 3 angles slowed down in that time an umpire for damn sure couldn’t tell. Keep it and move on

Well, yeah. If the call is wrong for both teams, then what's the complaint?

Batters/pitchers can at least adjust to a shitty zone if the ump is consistent with it.

A shitty ump is shitty for the game. They don’t need to be given a pass because it’s considered part of the game.

This is the stupidest fricking thing said in sports. It's like calling a ball that hits the ground a catch, in football. Then saying, well at least the get it wrong every time, so their consistent.

It's moronic

A fricking ump giving an outside pitch, as a strike, to both pitchers is beyond idiotic. Everyone isn't the same size. So a pitch that a 6'3" guy could hit, can't be reached outside by a 5'6" guy. So it's the same as calling a strike at the eyes for the shorter guy, but saying "well, he's consistent "

I hate baseball so much. It's historically and constantly stamped by agregious human error, for no reason.

These are also selected clips Of bad calls. What about the thousands of good calls they make every game that they don’t post?
