The queers hated that they had to hide their sexuality until after high school. They want kids who are queer now less stigmatized by the school experience. I don’t think teaching kids they can like whoever they want will create more queers, it’ll just stop so many late life ‘transitions’.

Almost 90% of transitions turn back to their regular gender, at least with girls. They are being coaxed to do this. Almost all cases of de-transitioners talked about existing mental problems, insecurities, and getting on the internet (tumblr) before they started. There is far more going on than you think. They are being targeted. They all talked about living a lie after. Weird. The large majority don’t get real therapy or psychological help first either, and most of the help they do get is just affirmation. Nobody tries to dig into why they are struggling mentally. They just send them off with hormones, and in some cases, papers to leave their family for foster care

Many kids coming out as trans in schools now are doing so in groups.

In others words, it’s the 2020’s version of being goth.
