She said a lot more in her speech to the NGO the Atlantic Council (one place were politicians' friends and families go to work and make money off of government contracts disguised as "foreign aid" and such).
There is a whole list of NWO type wishes in her speech to the Atlantic Council.
She wants to decarbonize our economy:

we should implement last year’s global tax deal. Some 137 countries—representing nearly 95 percent of the world’s GDP—have agreed to rewrite the international tax rules to impose a global minimum tax on corporate foreign earnings and to partially reallocate taxing rights from countries where companies are headquartered to those where they sell goods and services.

She wants to decarbonize our economy:
quote:
We know we have not yet done enough in terms of mitigation, adaptation, green technology innovation and adoption, and funding for those efforts. […] We must redouble our efforts to decarbonize our economies, recognizing that countries will use a range of tools—including carbon pricing, regulation, and subsidies—to achieve needed emissions reductions. Because those approaches will have quite different consequences for the costs of production, we will see differing impacts on trade competitiveness. We will need to work together to avoid trade tensions and in time to coordinate and harmonize our approaches.

What’s the America First argument against a global minimum tax that would do away with Ireland and the other tax havens and force corporate revenues and profits back onto the rolls of America and other first world countries?

Did she do more drum-beating for taxing unrealized capital gains again?

Exhibit A: Taxing unrealized gains which I’m sure they are going to tax again once you go to collect that money. But at the same time you may never actually see those gains and then what? Do you get a credit?

Do what Trump did and compete with Ireland. Ireland corporate tax rate is 12.5% I believe. Trump lowered it from 35% to 21%. At least it's completing a little bit more. I would eliminate corporate taxes. I believe the new corporate tax rate expires in 2025 if congress does not renew them and they reset to 35% IIRC.

Wouldn’t congress have to pass this new corporate tax?
