Both interstate exits closed, but people still finding a way in there. It’s crazy how many people are packed in around downtown. We were there about an hour and bailed.

I've always been a bit tiffed about the strawberry festivals in general. We don't have strawberries here yet, but I guarantee you that our Strawberry Festival is coming up in a week or two.

I lived there for about a decade and never went, I absolutely hated the festival weekend. It was a pain to get in and out of town

The traffic is horrible, but just the amount of people trying to walk around downtown and at the food booths was crazy. My son goes often and he said this is by far the worse he has ever seen.

Do they always close the interstate exits?

I went once some time ago. It was nice.

I went again recently. It wasn't nearly as nice. Stopped going.

Haven't been to the washington parish fair in like a decade. Anyone know if it's still somewhat good?

Lol - I went in 2007 - my oldest 3 were 3 years old and under and a stomach bug kicked in while I was there

I was vomiting all over the place - and two people said ‘that’s horrible that woman is so drunk with those little kids, her poor husband’

I didn’t even eat a strawberry- I did buy a strawberry plant that lasted for like 10 years but I can’t say I had fun

I just left after being there since 8am.
I’ve been to every festival they’ve had and this one is by far the most amount of people I’ve seen in town.
Buddy of mine sent me a drone picture he took earlier of the crowd and it’s packed!!

Heading back in the morning!

It's wild out there today. So many people.

Weather is nice though. Great for all the local vendors and organizations.

My wife and I left a little while ago. First time we’ve been. It’s trashy as frick. Was not expecting that at all.
