frick that. Half these guys don’t even know what it means to have letters across their chest. Just give me a jersey Coach and let’s play bball. No meaning behind college sports any longer

Murray at Auburn is a slap in the face.

F em if he goes there, there’s a difference between leaving to go somewhere else and going to join a rival

I'll bite. Because he's not good enough and they have other guards better or because he just wouldn't go there?

Not a surprise. That was his 2nd choice when he chose LSU.

Wade and Pearl recruited a lot of the same players. Wade and Pearl have a good relationship. So it is not surprising at all to see Auburn reap the rewards of Wade's firing.

Hell, I wouldn't be shocked Wade brought on to their staff in some capacity (maybe not right now though).

Nobody that ever wears purple and gold should want to play for Bama, Auburn, Ole Miss, A&M, Arkansas, or UF.

ZVR said it best “I’d rather step on legos for the rest of my life than play for Bama.”

Sad to say we don’t own them. We only rent them. Unlike TM-7. Family for life.

He's from Zachary. He grows up with LSU athletics being a part of his everyday life.

Murray is from Baltimore. He may not have even known what and where Baton Rouge was prior to being recruited by Will Wade. He wants to be a professional basketball player in some capacity and felt Wade was the best coach to help him reach that goal. Wade is not longer at LSU...so neither is Murray.

These players are not fans, they don't have rivals. He hasn't been here a year.

They don't care what you think.

A 30 year old punter from LSU's back yard, who grew up an LSU fan and had zero professional football prospects and had already made millions of dollars.

Vs.

a 19 year old from Baltimore who has one shot to maximize his chances of earning generational wealth.

While I agree with this to an extent, I do still enjoy watching college athletics, so seeing Auburn load up hurts as an LSU fan.
