Players are going to love him. He really seems like a father figure who cares about them.

Thought he looked and sounded great! Looks like he is really connecting with the players! Motivating but not just a cheerleader.. Building a good mentality towards working hard and having success. I'm impressed; didn't know anything about him before we hired him.
