What do you not understand about this? Seriously? Maltodextrin? LOL. Who puts that in ANY serious fitness supplement in 2022? Dante Trudal isn't some Sage that is never wrong. His "extreme stretching" BS he promoted way back in the early 2000's fricked up a ton of people with injuries and torn muscles, ligaments etc.

Their protein/products are absolute shite if they contain any of the 'ingredients' in Bold which they CLEARLY do because it is posted on their damn website. You seem to not understand the difference between harmful contaminants and ADDITIVES.

Like Dan Duchaine explained (probably when you were still wearing diapers) supplements that actually work and contain what they say they do simply will not taste good. Ever. Unless they are given a bunch of fake chemicals, dyes, flavors, sweeteners, coloring, etc. to MAKE them taste good. All these things are fricking terrible for you. It's probably why you have low testosterone and a host of other issues.

I understand that. I don’t think a protein powder is going to make or break that anyway. At least the ones I’ve looked at are relatively the same numbers why’s. It’s mainly the ingredients and processes that can be different. As far as flavoring I couldn’t give two shits about that. I don’t drink my shake like it some sort of fine wine and sip for 30 minutes I just chug that shite, finish the rest of my meal, and then go about my day.

from fricking idiots that sunk into the stretches too deep when they were not ready for them. i do the stretches to this day with no problems, because i understand you cant jump balls deep into things you are not ready for. and DC training has been responsible for more mass monsters then pretty much any other system.

then get the unflavored whey isolate or whole egg powder or peptopro if you really want to be pure. if you are worried about things like lead like you mentioned, True nutrition is gonna be the best.

most people understand that you get 90+% of the health benifits from diet i.e. macros and arent worried about shite that doesnt matter.

normal people never did. and DC was mainly before the crazy size of today from all the drugs. you do realize that dante doesnt even advocate for much druge use right?
