"Legal Experts" call Trump v. HRC et al... lawsuit, Utterly Hopeless & Batshit

We know every time "experts" that think they are our overlords above all make proclamations.
They are always wrong in acting as legal or intel community experts in their hyper partisan, downright OMB hate.
Just like the 51 Intel Community "experts" that were WRONG about muh Russia that Trump was an agent of Putin's.
Let's put these legal expert hacks on record...
The only thing is: they are never held accountable or called out later rarely if ever---- in paragraph 17 of news articles. But they are always wrong.

This will be fun to watch what happens, problem is there are way to many activist judges to even give this a true time it needs... they will toss it for one reason ... TDS...

The new definition of expert seems to be anyone who supports the liberal position.

IIRC: The judge was appointed by W J Clinton.

These must be the same experts who knew the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.

The swamp is deep. And wide.

Yes classic conflict of interest here!

Trump's team is lead by Alina Habba. She intends to use RICO statutes as legal basis for her arguments. RICO has never been successfully applied in a setting like this. That challenge is coupled with Habba's inexperience in the field. Inexperience is a misnomer. She has no experience in RICO litigation at all. NOTHING! So the Hillary team will be primed to get the thing thrown out of court entirely.
Discovery will not occur before motions to dismiss are litigated.
It gets worse. Habba is a 38-yr old from a second-rate university and a third-rate law school who specialized in family law in her small NJ firm. Her top legal qualities appear to be telegenicity and a heavy presence at Trump's Bedminster NJ Golf Club before being hired.
Her law school, Widener (PA), is the lesser branch of Widener University's law school in Wilmington, Delaware. The latter enjoys the dubious distinction of being ranked in 2019 among the 20 worst law schools in the country, just beneath Southern.
Not good.

I haven't read it, but Kennerly's tweet could very well bite him in the arse because I bet it is about the claims that there was shite about Trump on the Russian Bank servers in Trump Tower (a lie Hillary repeated in a number of occasions)

Now do the other lawyer. It doesn’t get much better
Posted on 3/26/22 at 7:34 am to NC_Tigah
Oh man, that is painful to read. Are you sure she is the lead lawyer?
Posted on 3/26/22 at 7:36 am to cajunangelle
Perhaps discovery is the goal? Also wondering why wait until now?
Posted on 3/26/22 at 7:37 am to cajunangelle
Lol…the lawsuit is already having its intended effect.

Yeah, that doesn’t sound good. But, Trump is not a dumb man. There has to be a reason he hired her, right??
The law school thing doesn’t bother me too much. There are plenty of dumb people who got into good schools, and plenty of smart people who got into bad schools. If she’s good at her job, if she’s sharp, it doesn’t matter where she went to school.
That reminds me of a joke I heard a comedian tell. He was talking about an Ivy League education vs regular one, and how absurd it was that the Ivy League was held in such high regard. He pretended to be a state college professor lecturing to a class. he was right in the middle of a sentence. He stopped and said-“Oh, I can’t tell you that. If you went to Harvard I could tell you that. Trust me, this would change your life. Anyway…”

Do judges dismiss lawsuits based on where the representative attorney attended law school now?

Donald Trump on Thursday sued his rival in the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton, and several other Democrats, alleging they tried to rig that election by tying his campaign to Russia.
"The wonderful thing about this lawsuit is that most of it is fact already proven through many, many investigations," former President Donald Trump's attorney Alina Habba told Thursday's "Rob Schmitt Tonight" on Newsmax.

Yeah it seems that Trump is just doing this just to poke at the Clintons.
Posted on 3/26/22 at 7:45 am to cajunangelle
The “legal experts” rush in and say it’s absurd?? That really means grab the popcorn.
Same as when “fact checkers” rush in and “debunked!!1!”
