Are you suggesting that if I knew a good employment lawyer that I wouldn’t mention it, but then I would think “oh damn this Internet stranger is a veteran, I guess I will tell him”?

Might be covered under federal law if it's a disability with the VA. I'm no attorney just another veteran.

Hopefully you have datest, times, witnesses, emails, etc., in some type of organized, detailed fashion.

I do, I have been calling with no return calls, only been one day. But just sent an email to Jill craft intake 6 pages of dates times and notes of what transpired at the times. Thanks

Best I can figure is that Mr. 69 is a welder for an oil company (Shell?). He has a PTSD diagnosis which he disclosed to HR. Mr. 69 claims that someone in HR disseminated this information across the company which is the reason for his expected termination.
