Everything that is/was filmed in Shreveport or Georgia.

Malcolm in the Middle goes out of its way to not reveal location or even the family's last name. IIRC, based on a few details from season 1 you can deduce they're probably in Oklahoma or Texas but it's never confirmed. Certainly not filmed in either place.
Last name is also Wilkerson (revealed in UK promo and a never-aired cold-opening)

The Simpsons is Springfield, but they go out of the way to never reveal a state or geographic region of the US. To the point where the surroundings change based on the episode plot.

The Wonder Years.
My Name is Earl was set in "Camden County". So all that we know is that it didn't take place in Louisiana.

Did Scrubs ever specify what city or even state it was in?
I don't think it ever actually did.

Walking Dead has gone out of the way to tell us exactly where they are.

The Munsters had Mockingbird Heights, but I don't believe the Addams Family ever told us the city name. At least not the TV series.

It was never mentioned to my knowledge.
A couple fun clues:
Sean (Elliot's boyfriend) was a dolphin trainer at Sea World, which I assumed was San Diego.
They did talk about Kim (Elizabeth Banks) moving to Tacoma (correct?) and then she moved back within a long drive of JD.

I definitely got the vibe that they were in California, but nothing said to my knowledge.

that's definitely the biggest one that comes to mind especially since they took the joke and really ran with it.
Howver, I could SWEAR there was an episode that was a "behind the music" style probably sometime in the early 2000s where teh narrator said that they were from Kentucky. Maybe it was just a joke that I missed in my younger age, since they DEFINITELY made hundreds more jokes about the location of springfield, but I could swear I heard it.

Matt Groening says it's based off of Springfield, Oregon, but that was just the basis.
It couldn't really be Kentucky because there is an ocean port available whenever the plot needs it.
