No, she didn't say they were USA bio labs, just that they are bio labs.
Most pharmaceutical companies have them, where else do you think they do their animal research and clinical trials for everything from cancer to heart disease, etc.

Are these leftover from the days of USSR? Are the for biological research which does not include biowarfare?
Lots of people are jumping to conclusions without a full set of facts, or even more than "BIOLABS!!"
Should we shutdown Pennington Medical Research, which certainly could be classed as a biolab. It is the largest center not owned by government in the USA
