The Chinese one is called DouYin.
TikTok and DouYin share the same owners and parent company. The algorithms for Video recommendations are owned by the same parent company.
But the management team are totally different. They are two different companies following two different rules: the West and the Chinese. tiktok is banned inside China also.
TikTok is like a West company. The servers located in Europe and Singapore. There are no software sharing between these too. It follows the West laws.
