Got a new TV and looking for some ideas. Have Prime, HBO Max, Netflix, and Disney.

Do you have a 4K player? Physical 1917 is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen on 4K disc.
Streaming:
Disney
Mulan
Any of the marvel movies in IMAX enhanced
Lion King
Netflix:
Extraction
6 underground
Night on earth
HBO:
Godzilla vs. Kong
Suicide Squad
Zack Snyders justice league
Highly recommend Apple TV+, they have the highest bitrate for streaming out of all the services and their TV shows are really good.

LED? OLED? Need more detail.
Anything by Roger Deakins is gonna be a feast. 1917 is fantastic of course. You can also get Blade Runner 2049, Shawshank, Sicario, and Skyfall on physical 4K. Sicario is probably my favorite to look at out of those.
My LED 4K has really bad spotlighting which makes it hard to recommend movies with lots of darkened scenes or deep blacks. But there are numerous Dario Argento 4K releases (mostly through Arrow) that otherwise look beautiful. Suspiria, Deep Red, Bird with the Crystal Plumage, Cat O' Nine Tails. Phenomena is coming out soon too.
Annihilation was gorgeous in 4K. Akira or Ghost in the Shell for anime. Heavy Metal was just announced for 4K too! Although that movie always kinda looked like shite, hah.
Physical 4K has been something of a hobby of mine since we got the TV.

Also, The Green Knight on 4K was stunning. What kind of TV do you have messy? I started building my physical collection after I built my home theater at the beginning of Covid.

Been meaning to check out Green Knight. Will see if it's on any of our services. May as well throw Dune in there too, we streamed it and it looked great.
We have an LG 75" NanoCell LED. We mounted it and added an LG sound bar and subwoofer for our theater setup. I'm generally happy with it but once the lights go down the spotlighting gets distracting, even after playing with the settings. Samsung is supposed to release an OLED/QLED hybrid this year that looks very intriguing.
I started collecting 4K discs about a year ago. Up to 30ish now I think. Still have to spin a few of 'em. Blu-ray.com is always on top of upcoming releases and Zavvi has some fun (but pricey) exclusives. I could sink so much money into this...
EDIT: I should add that YouTube has some good 4K stuff too. I enjoy the walking tours. Tokyo at night in 4K is just mind-blowing.

Nice, been rocking the 65 inch 5 series and am trying to decide between 83” Oled in a year or so when it comes down a bit or a projector.

Obviously, the best choice is a physical disc if you really want to see what your display will do. Here are some of the ones on disc that have excellent 4K transfers which I assume carry over to streaming with the usual bitrate caveats.
Rouge One
Mad Max Fury Road
The Matrix*
Lord of the Rings
Tenet
Blade Runner 2049
Guardians of the galaxy V2
Also one of the better old school audio workout. The lobby scene was for years the test for your amplification section. If it could run the lobby scene without clipping or shutting down at reference level you were golden. There are a lot of better ones now but unless you have a serious system they will expose them in a heartbeat. By serious I mean $10k+ and well spent.

Physical 4K discs will beat out any steaming efforts as of now. Who knows in the next couple of years?
Among the best 4K discs in my collection of 60+ Movies while using an Oppo-203 on a Sony 77A80J OLED include (not in order):
1917
Call of the Wild
Midway
Blackhawk Down
Fifth Element
10 Commandments
13 Hours at Benghazi
But probably the best is Life of Pi.
My Apple 4K TV box streams everything nicely in Dolby Vision to my Sony and the best channels are Apple+, Disney +, Paramount+, Netflix and select videos on YouTube. Amazon and HBO Max are quite good at times.
The two movies I most await are 4K disc versions of War Horse and an affordable version of Lawrence of Arabia. I have an impressive 4K streaming download copy of LoA but the 4K disc is currently only part of a $250 collection. LoA on 4K is touted as the most impressive 4K yet to be produced. I’m not surprised.

2001: A Space Odyssey
Alien
Midsommar
Jaws
Suspiria (1977)
The physical copy 4K discs are always going to look a little better than the streaming so I think anything released on disc is top tier, even the cult b movies that are crisply remastered in UHD by companies like vinegar syndrome.

As of 10:20 pm Saturday I am watching Texas whack LSU 6-1 in baseball on YouTube via Apple 4K TV box and this is an impressive picture for a streaming sports event.

No doubt. 4K streaming is unreal, but physical media will always look better because it never ever has to compress its picture quality.

Got a 77 inch A80J last fall and Sony 4K player. Mad Max Fury Road, Dune (New), Everest, GOT 4k Dolby Vision Set in Atmos is nuts especially Battle of Bastards episode. Streaming the Marvels stuff is good Thor Ragnarok probably my favorite. Blade Runner 2049 and Revenant also very good as well on disc, but Fury Rd was impressive.

I have the 3D version Bluray DVD of this for my old 65" 3D samsung TV and 3D bluray player. The visuals for this movie are stunning and the scences with the whale and jellyfish at night are awesome. I throw on the 3D glasses every year or so and watch it
