I've drank Lee Labrada Lean Body Mass for years. Tasted good if mixed with milk and didn't leave me feeling hungry an hour or so later.
It's getting harder to find. Syntha 6 doesn't keep me filled up. Recommendations?

So you’re looking for something in the 400-600 cal range?

True Nutrition. Way more options and boosts than anyone else. I'm a big fan of the vegan replacement in chocolate.

If cost is a factor, try
Fairlife Nutrition Plan, 30g Protein Shake, Chocolate, 11.5 oz. 3net carbs
Costco
Its around only 1.38 a bottle from Costco.
Not as good tasting as Core Power, but not $4 either. Taste isn't bad at all imo. I like it.

None of them. They are all loaded with maltodextrin, Artificial ingredients, artificial sweeteners, oils, and a bunch of other crap.
Depending on how many calories you want just get a good clean whey isolate and use two scoops and mix with:
1 cup half and half and half cup organic whole milk
1 cup half and half and half cup water
1 cup half and half and half cup almond milk

Protein powder + peanut butter powder + psyllium husk fiber
If you need more calories you can mix it with milk. I use unflavored whey isolate for my protein

As I’ve gotten bogged down in work and skipping lunch more often, I’ve resorted to drinking 3 Huel Black shakes during the day (400 cal, 40P, 13C, 20F in each). I fill in the rest of the calories/macros with dinner and a protein bar.
They taste solid and don’t appear to have as many artificial ingredients as the rest. Strength and physique results have been solid too.

This is what I buy but I find them way too rich. I pour about 1/3 of the bottle in a large cup and mix with about 12 ounces of 2% milk. Tastes much better and I still get 22g protein.
