1 of those targets would be Pineville Missouri. Right on the border Bentonville Arkansas.

Depends on the exchange. If it’s “limited” then military bases, icbm silos and power plants will be the first to get nuked. If it’s an all out exchange, (use em or lose em) which is the most likely, Satan Missiles which carry a single 8mt warhead or 10 750kt will be used on our top 30-50 populated cities. Towns over 100k will be hit, state capitals, oil refineries and storage yards, major bridges and even the dinky airport near you will get hit. All will happen after a few EMP nukes are detonated high in the atmosphere. All power will be knocked out to create pre-strike chaos.

There is no limited exchange where somebody hits silos. At that point it is all flying before it's melted.

Not true. Silos will be the first targets. You aren’t going to be hitting civilian targets at first with ICBM’s or even sub based nukes. Long range bomber bases and silos will be targeted in limited exchanges

Not with the SATAN missile system Russia has. Multiple warheads and even decoys are attached to them. Even if we get 90% of the MIRV’S the 10% that hit us will still wipe us out. Plus sub based nukes will be fired at lower altitude range at coastal cities. I do wish you were right though.

If I recall correctly, Missouri has a bunch of decommishioned minuteman missile silos(sites) from the cold war era. Were decommishioned in the 90s.

What is this silly crap? If nuclear war occurs, every city with over 100,000 people will be targeted. Its always been that way. There will be very few places, if any, left in the USA that would be livable. Welcome to the 1970s.
