As in one mythical pilot going all Red Baron…. No. More of a propaganda tale to pump up morale from some of their air victories as a unit.

I do not. However legends are kind of a part of the fog of war so it’s nothing new and it can be inspiring.

The Mig doesn’t even carry enough weapons to down the six aircraft reported. Maybe it’s 2-3 fighter jets but it’s definitely not one pilot.

If my small military outpost was being told to surrender to a battleship, I’d get 9/10s of my team to wave a white flag, and have a sniper ready to start shooting when the Russians came ashore to take prisoners. Ambush them!
Seems a waste to just get blown up without causing any damage to the enemy.

6 air-to-air kills in this day and age is basically impossible, especially with the jets at play here. But it's still a cool story and will probably inspire some Ukrainians to fight, assuming it actually made it there.
They're actually patrolling the skies above with those fighters flying overhead in Ukraine, there's multiple legit news sources reporting that Russia still hasn't achieved air dominance. Put yourself in the shoes of an average Ukrainian citizen on the ground watching and hearing these badass fighters overhead, you'd be inspired by the thought of one brave pilot with the skills to take them all on and win.
That's what all of Ukraine is basically holding onto at this point, the underdog overcoming the big baddie through skill and determination.
I don't believe it one iota, but I understand why it has taken hold.

Correct. And that's why Zelensky is on social media dressed in military gear. It's inspiring when you think your leader is in the shite with you.
But eventually they are going to murder him and his family.
