Isn't the IOC pretty restrictive with access to Olympic footage/highlights?
It was my understanding that really only NBC can share the shite, and next to nothing can be put online.

Yeah. IDK of the exact rules, but ESPN can't even show highlights (at least not for a while). Plus ESPN owns X games, so they have a reason to push that. I think X games has its place, probably the second biggest event for snowboarding type events every year.
