Brandon Murray attitude last night:

Murray is one of the top true scorers. He needs to be more aggressive.
I do not know what was wrong with him last night, but he had no effort at all and felt like he was injured. He did not attack hardly at all. Just wasn’t the same.

It seems like whenever he misses a shot he spends a second or so hanging his head instead of getting back on the other end.
Never seemed like he or Eason got their head in the game.

His attitude seems to be pretty poor every game. Great player and I love his game, but, he has to mature a bit more.

I have seen this a few times in conference play with him as well... not a good look and it's madenning to see him out there shrugging his shoulders on defense after the rotation/switch gets mixed up. I do think he is playing with some type of injury.
Also, like you said... after seeing him attack the basket with success in other games- it's hard for me to understand why they wouldnt go back to this.
One positive i will say about him, as I really like his long term up-side is he is a great on ball defender.
This has been a pattern with him, and IMO the bigger story is Eason's attitude or lack of fight against superior competition... but i'm sure the Rant has covered this enough.

Its pretty obvious to me he is still hurt. He was nothing like this when healthy. And he was alot more aggressive and shot more

I think he’s def not 100%
It’s hard to shoot with a hand injury. I think that’s why you saw him sulk after airballing that midrange J

I have noticed this, a lot. His body language is incredibly annoying to watch, at times. It's cartoonish level pouting the way his head hangs so low when something doesn't go his way.
Eason was clearly not in it, mentally, either, but he doesn't make it look quite as obvious.

Murray was my favorite player to watch early in the year . I loved the way he played and his demeanor for a freshman was incredible . The last two weeks he has been a different guy and his body language is miserable

Been hanging his head the last month if something doesn't go his way.

Needs to shut up and play

Neither he nor Eason wanted to play last night, that was so obvious.

Wasn't Murray the player who was slammed to the floor, by his arm, underneath the basket. Maybe his shooting arm was injured.

Dunno, Tshiebwe was slamming people on the ground every other possession but if you mean our player who’s arm was hooked and taken to the ground that was Wilkinson.

That was disappointing last night. I thought it was one of Murray's worst games of the season; same thing for Eason.
Even in the first half, when the team's effort was better, Murray and Eason just didn't show up ready to play.

He's not that good. Low bb I Q

Murray had the same body language against South Carolina.

Murray’s wrist/off hand is clearly still bothering him. He’s constantly looking at his hand, flexing it, touching it. Not saying that excuses any lack of hustle or whatever, but I think it probably helps explain some of his turnovers and up and down shooting.
