I mean that’s really dumb on his part tbh. If you’re going to carry a gun where you know you’re not supposed to, at least don’t make it so obvious. Just really sloppy IMO

Ohio is an open carry state but this idiot was in a school safety zone, no guns allowed. He'll be charged with a fifth-degree felony, even if he has a permit to carry concealed.

Yep. And career murderers down in Houston walk the streets (out on bail), while good folk who fear those career murderers are slammed for protecting their kids.
The Government is fast losing cred. When all is gone, then real Justice will begin to take hold again. Sad and very painful, but obviously part of the learning process.

For all you guys who think you're frickin' Perry Mason and have already beat the case by saying "it was a toy" ... that's still in violation of the statute he's accused of violating:
