Publicly stating your goal was for NATO to accept Ukraine as a member 100% initiated an invasion. 120 days later it happened.

Thanks.

Uhhhh…..

You do know that Putin could have chosen not to invade…..

Right?

And you do know if Putin wanted the war to end, he could end it today by simply pulling back to Russia.

Again. The entirety of fault for starting this war lies on the shoulders of the Russians.

The entirety of fault for the continuation of the war lies on the shoulders of the Russians.

Do you blame Russia for the start of WWI?

After all, it was THEIR mobilization that prompted GERMANY to invade Belgium on the road to France.

Well, he's right that it was an impetus for the invasion. But he's wrong in implying it's some sort of justification. Putin saw his that his ridiculous imperial landgrab delusion would soon be off the table and jumped out of desperation. Funny how the "Russia was defending itself" crowd never has an explanation for Russia's bullshite penny ante imperial conquests in Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Chechnya.

Ah. The refusal to admit defeat.

So cowardly. So…..

Pinko.

And to make you read it again…

The entirety of fault for starting this war lies on the shoulders of the Russians.

The entirety of fault for the continuation of the war lies on the shoulders of the Russians.

Again. Which invasion are you referring to? You must be talking about the invasion of Crimea. Because claiming that a country that was already invaded once, seeking to join a defensive alliance is justification for them to be invaded a second time is laughably stupid.

Not going to happen. Turkey and Hungary are dragging their feet on admitting Sweden, of all nations . Absolutely no chance that Ukraine (a) meets the membership criteria or (b) could get unanimous consent any time soon.

Was WWI caused by Russia?

Their mobilization forced Germany to invade an innocent country.

And in your view the invasion was something Russia dreamed up, planned, and executed in 119 days? Because of public statements from a politician?

This was from a couple months before the war started. It was the catalyst to Putin invading. It undermines the narrative that we had no part in this debacle

They certainly contributed to WWI with their alliances and threats. Sort of like the US did with Ukraine.

Thanks for playing

Russian mobilization forced germanys hand to enact the schlieffen plan, sparking an invasion into a neighboring innocent country.

Ya know, I might be coming around to this shite tier logic of yours if it means we can blame shithole Russia for even more death and destruction.
