Working with the general public every day, I’ve noticed a staggering number of mental health problems. The pandemic mask wearing and fear promotion is a part of it, but just tons of debilitating insecurities, depression, anxiety and a lack of general social skills. A lot of it has to be with people living in isolation on their screens. Social media is a cancer for mental health. Get your kids off of that crap.
