This poll doesn't factor in the opinions of unregistered voters, those over 150 years old, and the Uyghurs being forced to fill out mail in ballots. I think Ol' Joe will clean up enough in those groups, that he won't be too bothered by these numbers.

He won't run again in 2024. He can't. The mail-in machine they had in 2020 will not be available. If Biden runs again in 2020, would he even get 65 million votes like HRC did in 2016? Assume he did. How could you explain a 16 million vote drop in 4 years? It would be further proof of massive voter fraud, not just to political junkies like us.

Maine really surprises me they have a republican senator. States with Democratic Senators and Biden approval: MT 33%, WI 38%, OH 30%, PA 37%. I suspect there are some people that are glad Manchin and Sinema are taking the heat and neither Nancy nor Chuck are going to force votes when they don't have the numbers.
