I coached against her when she was in high school in both basketball and softball.
I had much better teams than she had but she was such a difference maker it made the teams equal.
In basketball our strategy was to guard her with our two best players and just keep the rest of the team in check. She still was the game’s leading scorer.
In softball I pitched to her one game and after that I just walked her until a region tournament game when walking her meant we lost.
She hit a line drive that never got higher than 12 feet and hit the fence 200 feet away for the win.
I spoke briefly to her after basketball and softball games and she was always nice and humble. During games she was a great teammate. Her basketball teams were not very good outside of her but she was positive and encouraging to her teammates.
She won another medal in bobsled tonight and I’m happy for her.
This is the kind of lady who is the best of America and she makes me proud that she represents our Nation.

Her excitement and screaming and chanting USA! USA! at the finish line was great. Pure joy. Happy for her.

There's a reason OP didn't post pics.
That said, I would still hit it.
