A CBS article calls Joe the fifth ranked Super Bowl started this year:

It's not a ridiculous rank. Most of the top 5 could be debated, though I think Donald at #1 is pretty set.

My top five would be:
1) Donald (best player in the NFL)
2) Kupp (incredible year and impossible to cover)
3) Burrow (no reason needed)
4) Chase (this one is a tie for 4th, let's see who wins the matchup!)
4) Ramsey (Nole has to follow a Tiger)

The list isn't horrible. It's a subjective thing, and the top of both rosters is pretty dang strong.
I'd go top 5 like this:
