That time of year again!!!

Lets get some real LSU input on this game....

Florida is by no means a great team but I dont think LSU is either. I think LSU is a strong team but they have a few weaknesses. I think their QB play is extremely sketchy. With Lee making his first road start, I think LSU has to have Scott rush for 150 to put up any amount of points saturday. LSU has an agressive, blitz heavy defense, and I think that favors UFs offense. With their speedy backs moving laterally, I think LSU is going to be prone to give up some big plays saturday. UF is going to have many 13 play scoring drives on their defense.

To me, the X Factor is Dan Mullen. If he calls a game like he did against Ole Miss, were screwed. Tebow, Harvin, Harvin, Tebow, Harvin....

I look for Charlie Strong to throw a ton of zone blitzes at Lee and make him beat us...which I do not think he can do. I can promise you one thing though, Les Miles isn't going to pull 5 fourth down conversions out of his arse this year.

Our QB is 2nd in SEC passing efficiency. What QB are you watching?

I have no clue what defense you've been watching, but it's definitely not LSU's defense. We haven't blitz that much since Saban left. Rewind last year's game for evidence.

Agreed, we ain't gonna need them. Charles Scott will already have gotten that yardage on 1st or 2nd down!

I can tell you this, you can blitz all you want but if you cant get past the line they will not do you any good, and we all know that your offensive line is suspect at best so the same goes to you.

We've got a damn strong team. You've got many quality players. It will be a very enjoyable and hard fought game. We hope to get a quality win.

After watching Ar-Kansas game, shouldn't be a problem.

You haven't watched any LSU games obiously, so at this point this entire post is Irrelevant.

then your screwed, these are you only to playmakers.

based on the fact that you've obviously didn't watch any games this year, what's your reasoning for this other than your wishfull thinking.

I can promise you one thing though, Les Miles isn't going to pull 5 fourth down conversions out of his arse this year.

If I had told you before last year, we would have done this against you, I'm pretty confident you would have said the same thing.

#1 - We are not a blitz heavy defense
B - didn't that other Miss school blitz yall alot.... that didn't seem to favor yall much...

With their speedy backs moving laterally

if your speedy backs are moving laterally and not north and south, they will suffer many runs for losses.. yall haven't faced a defense this year as fast as LSU's..

quote:

UF is going to have many 13 play scoring drives on their defense.

Now this i agree with, LSU will drive it down that weak Fla defense's throat!!!

Yeah I hope you blitz Lee a lot. I am sure Charles Scott will not mind getting to the next level all alone. If Florida is not more worried about Scott than Lee they will lose. Your defense did not look very good stoping the run agianst ARKY. LSU will not Blitz a lot agianst Tebow. If our front Four can not beat your sorry arse O-Line we deserve to lose.

He didn't. He had Jacob Hester. This year, you're probably right. Only one or two. People seem to think it was luck, it wasn't. It was skill and he knew it. Odds were in our favor.

But anyway, the Hat will do as he please!

I see filet of Gator Tail for a sause Pecant!

Defending National Champs that are undefeated not getting much props!! Tebow Better try using his arm and not his legs!! Lee is showing he's got it and he's getting better! Redshert Frosh!!!! QB position is going to be stable for a while! Swamp not louder than death valley, he's heard noice before.

1st road start, but bounced back to play a hell of a game against Auburn when the chips were down. I hope the gators underestimate him as much as you do.

You have not seen LSU play have you?

WOW. If that happens, it would be a first for UF. The Arky game was the first time a back not named Tebow or Harvin has done anything. I think our DB's can hang with your receivers.

quote:

I look for Charlie Strong to throw a ton of zone blitzes at Lee and make him beat us...which I do not think he can do.

God, I hope so. Your DBs can't hang with our receivers one-on-one.

My opinion - if Lee can play within himself, and not make too many bonehead plays - limit turnovers, we win.
